Counseling Program
In addition to academics, a primary focus at Lake Mary Preparatory
School is to aid students in the development of their highest level
of expression, talent and productivity. Students are motivated to
become self-fulfilled individuals with the skills to function as
rational, responsible and compassionate citizens of the world. Our
philosophy and objective as a school are to help students develop a
strong sense of individual and community responsibility, nurture
self-confidence and self-worth, cultivate aesthetic appreciation
and aesthetic self-expression, provide leadership opportunities,
develop critical and creative thinking skills and lifelong habits
for physical, social and emotional well being. The focus of the
counseling and guidance program at Lake Mary Prep is to help
students develop and attain these attributes.
