2008-2009 Academic Year
We continue to try and stay ahead of the school food curve with
both expanded offerings and nutritional balance, while also being
mindful of the cost factor. We are pleased to inform you that we
will be managing the Griffin lunch program for the 2008 - 2009
school year. This year all elementary school menus will be approved
by a Registered Dietician, and all menus will be trans fat free. We
also plan to have a greater use of both fresh fruit and vegetables
in our menus. We have many new and exciting offerings for the next
