Strategic Plan

We are excited to present Lake Mary Preparatory School’s 2024-2027 Strategic Plan. The strategic plan will guide the future of Lake Mary Preparatory School over the next three years, and provide a roadmap for our community in its pursuit of the school’s mission—to ignite the full potential of every student by preparing them academically, socially, and emotionally so they can succeed in an ever-changing world around them.

In completing the strategic plan, the Strategic Planning Committee identified the following four strategic initiatives that will guide our decisions over the next three years and positively impact the long-term success of the school.
