At Lake Mary Preparatory School, children in PreK through Grade 12 explore Summer Day Camp along with a range of arts and academic programs. Through engaging, age-appropriate experiences, they build confidence, independence, and the life skills that support success in school and beyond. In a safe, supportive, and well-supervised environment, children discover new interests, develop their talents, and make the most of summer.

From PreK to Grade 9
Join Lake Mary Prep’s welcoming Summer Camp community, open to students from PreK through Grade 9, where children can explore, learn, and make the most of every summer day through age-appropriate activities.
Our fun-filled Summer Day Camp welcomes children currently in PreK through Grade 5, including both Lake Mary Prep students and children from outside our school community.
Across nine exciting weeks, children explore new themes, take part in engaging activities and games, meet guest speakers, and enjoy memorable on-campus and local experiences.
Families can choose the weeks that best fit their summer plans, or enroll for the full program so their child can make the most of every opportunity.
Each group is guided by qualified staff who create a fun, supportive, and engaging environment for every child. With a low counselor-to-child ratio, we’re able to give children the attention they need while helping families feel confident in their safety and care.
Throughout the program, children explore sports, art, music, and literature through hands-on, age-appropriate learning experiences.
PreK campers will enjoy weekly walks to the splash park, while campers in Kindergarten through Grade 8 will visit a local swimming pool once each week throughout the summer. More details will be shared in your welcome packet.
Our Day Camp runs from May 26 to July 24, 2026, from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with closures on May 25 and July 3. Throughout the summer, students will explore engaging weekly themes focused on weather patterns, disaster preparedness, and community response, with activities inspired by FEMA resources and age-appropriate learning experiences.

Weekly tuition includes all activities, on-campus experiences, local field trips for students in Kindergarten through Grade 8, two snacks each day, and one camp shirt. Camp shirts must be worn on field trip days, and additional shirts are available for purchase if needed.
LMP Students Registration Fee
There is a $15 non-refundable registration fee per child for LMP students based on your admission status.
Non-LMP Students Registration Fee
There is a $30 non-refundable registration fee per child for non-LMP students

Late Pick-up Fee
There is a $1 per-minute late fee for the first 15 minutes. After 4:45 pm, there is an additional $5 per minute fee.

Explore our weekly themed camps, offering fun-filled activities to make long lasting friendships and build future-ready skills in a supervised environment.
Unplugged June
Entering 1st - 3rd graders enjoy a week filled with laughter, learning, and old-fashioned fun. This camp is designed to encourage creativity, friendship, and active play while giving students a break from tablets, phones, TVs, and other devices. Campers will spend their mornings being hands-on, enjoying classic summer games, creating fun crafts, making and tasting summer treats, reading books, and exploring topics that spark their curiosity throughout the week.
Mini Medics
Calling all future doctors & nurses! Rising 2nd and 5th grades join us for a week of introduction to the basics of medicine. This camp will cover basic PPE, anatomy, functions of the heart & lungs, medical terminology, CPR, radiology, stitching, and taking & reporting basic vitals. This is a great introduction for young students who are thinking about growing up to become a healthcare provider.
Beat the Heat Game
Students in Grades 6 – 7 get ready for a week full of strategy, fun, and friendly competition. This is a great opportunity for kids to unplug, socialize and challenge their minds. Campers will play a wide variety of classic and modern board and card games that help build critical thinking, teamwork and problem-solving skills while making new friends. The Busy Bookworm
Entering 1st - 3rd graders step into the colorful world of storybooks through engaging read-alouds that spark imagination and creativity. Inspired by beloved tales, children will enjoy hands-on crafts, playful games, and tasty snacks that bring stories to life. This camp encourages a love of reading while building social skills, creativity, and confidence in a fun, age-appropriate environment. Perfect for young learners who love to listen, create, move, and imagine.
Cheer Camps
Learners from PreK to Grade 5 get ready to jump, cheer, and shine at G-Force Minis Cheer Camp. Each action-packed day comes with its own exciting theme (USA Monday, Tie-Dye Tuesday, Wild Wild West Wednesday, Superhero Day, and Proud to be at LMP) as campers dive into the world of cheerleading through age-appropriate instruction in cheers and chants, beginner stunting, jumps, upbeat dance routines, and basic tumbling skills. Our enthusiastic coaches create a safe, encouraging environment where every child builds confidence, teamwork, and a love of movement — whether they're a first-time G-Force Mini or a seasoned squad member.

Tiaras & Tea
This fun and engaging summer day camp for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders builds confidence, kindness, and social skills through a week of themed, hands-on experiences.
LMP Grade 1 Campsite
Get ready to pitch a tent in learning! 1st Grade Campsite is a fun and supportive way to help incoming first graders prepare for the year ahead. Campers will be introduced to key first-grade skills in phonics, reading comprehension, writing, and math through engaging, age-appropriate activities. This camp builds confidence, reinforces foundational skills, and helps students feel excited and ready to begin first grade. It’s the perfect blend of learning and fun to start the school year strong!
Middle School Math Mania
This week, students entering Grades 6 – 7 will review and apply real-world math skills necessary to build confidence in preparation for middle school math classes. Students will also be introduced to topics that will help build their foundation for future success in mathematics.
Violin Strings
This is a Violin Camp for students entering grades 3-6 with prior violin playing experience (anyone who has played violin for at least a school year is welcome to join). We will play fun pop, rock, classical, and country music styles on the violin with a focus on violin technique and musicality in this fun program designed around tunes students love. In addition to performing, we will study some famous violinists and learn about what makes them so amazing. Other possible topics include basic violin care and maintenance, and music theory. We will conclude the camp session with a mini-show of what the students have worked on throughout the week.
Kindergarten Readiness
This camp is thoughtfully designed to help children feel confident, comfortable, and excited as they prepare for the start of Kindergarten. Through fun, hands-on, and screen-free activities, students will practice important Kindergarten readiness skills such as listening and following directions, building independence, strengthening fine motor skills (cutting, coloring, and early handwriting), identifying letters and numbers, writing their name, and developing social skills.
Campers will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the LMP Lower School campus —helping ease the transition to the school year ahead. Give your child a strong and happy start to Kindergarten by enrolling today!
Middle School Bootcamp
This class will present middle school students with a compilation of meaningful advice, methods, and activities that will help middle school students reach their academic goals. The class is designed to lead middle school students to understand their learning styles and offers recommendations for utilizing personal strengths toward academic success. This camp is perfect to help your child adjust to the transition from 5th to 6th grade. In addition, this camp will help 7th and 8th graders keep on track academically and socially. Topics include: learning styles, goal setting and organization, cognitive skills, time and stress management, and test preparation.
Algebra Application
This camp is designed for students entering high school Algebra I course and participate in activities to provide a jump-start to help ensure success in Algebra during the regular school year. Students will participate in activities to reinforce Pre-Algebra skills to prepare for Algebra I during the regular school year. Ensure your child has a solid foundation for applications in Algebra and sign up today!
