Lake Mary Preparatory School is excited to announce the successful completion of the first major project in its new elective, Build: Code & Create. This innovative course is designed to move ideas from concept to reality, providing students with opportunities to design, build, and create projects that make a tangible impact on campus. The inaugural project focused on the construction of large, raised garden beds for the Roots to Recipes class. Students applied practical skills by measuring, cutting, drilling, and assembling each piece with care, transforming designs into durable, functional planters. These garden beds are now installed in the LMP garden and will be used by Roots to Recipes students as they grow, experiment, and cook with fresh ingredients.
